Announcement of the JASID Annual Conference
Invitation to the 24th Japan Society for International Development Annual Conference to be held at Osaka University
Osaka University’s Suita Campus is conveniently situated next to the
World Exposition site held in 1970. The theme of the Exposition was
“Progress and Harmony for Mankind”. Many developing countries,
including African nations, exhibited their respective unique pavilions
as manifestations of their hopes and aspirations. Suita provides an
ideal venue for reflecting on the past, as well as giving thoughts on
international development at present.
There are a number of modifications on
‘how to apply’ for participation in the Annual Conference. Please read
the instructions carefully. We look forward to welcoming you in Suita!
